What is this about???
As a trainer, coach and therapist I have worked with many people on various different problems. However there is one common ground. They are all behaviour based problems. With exploration to the situation, I unravel the problem, educate the client as to how they create this problem and teach them what to do different in the future.
The most common question or comment that I get is why do we have to wait till we reach the age of 30, 40 or 50 and if resources allow, work someone like myself to solve limitation and change our lives. Why not educate the children to understand behaviour and emotions and so help them from a young age to be more in control of themselves. Why not teach our children about freedom of their own minds. Teach them to plan and take ownership of their success. And this is how this programme started.
