As with all Vicky Ross courses, our Sales Degree Course is custom designed specifically to meet the needs of organizations and individuals. This course provides techniques and strategies that will enable participants to effectively handle difficult situations and communicate more openly with their colleagues more professionally through different mediums.

We spend time on a 1-2-1 basis with each participant, attending meetings, analysing profile and coaching towards enhancing strengths and removing weaknesses. As part of the program we also provide a general classroom facilitation that is followed with personal coaching on a month to month basis. That way we are able to build the individual's sales characteristics, as well as give the individual a personal growth program. Each of the sales team will get:

  • A personality profile
  • A live client interaction observation.
  • A one seminar per month
  • A coaching session per month

 

We cover topics such as:

  • The psychology of buying, selling and communication
  • The art of influence
  • The language of influence
  • The selling strategy
  • Understanding clients buying strategy
  • Presentation and facilitation skills for sales
